Designating Assignment of Data Submittal Duty

_________________________ the information required to be provided to MISO pursuant to
NERC Reliability Standard MOD-032-1, R2. The accuracy of the data is the responsibility of
the data owner. This agreement does not shift the compliance obligation from the data owner
to the data submitter. The MOD-032 data to be submitted is listed in MOD-032 Attachment 1.
The schedule to submit data is listed in the MISO modeling data requests and in the most recent
version of the MISO MOD-032 Model Data Requirements and Reporting Procedures.
