My name is Veronica Smith. I am twelve years old. I’ve got blonde hair and green eyes.
I go to a school called St. Ann’s. It’s about two km from my house. Today is Friday. I’m
at home because I haven’t got lessons on Fridays. Isn’t that great! I don’t have to get
up at seven o’clock to go to school, I can get up at eleven! I usually have a big breakfast.
with cereal, milk and fruit. At the moment, I’m cleaning my bedroom. I love my
bedroom because I’ve got everything I love in it. There are a lot of posters on the walls
and pictures of me and my friends and family on my desk. There are a lot of books on

It was my birthday last Saturday. I had a big party at my house. My mum made lots of cakes, sandwiches and best of
all pizzas. I invited all my friends. There were twenty - five people. We danced, played games, watched a film and sang
songs. It was great! I had a fantastic time!
School holidays begin on 13th July. I’m very exciting because I’m going to travel to Portugal with my parents. We’re
going to stay for two weeks in the Algarve. I hope the weather is hot and sunny!
