• What her name? My name is Aldo Julián Molano Sierra

• How old are you? I'm 21 years old

• What is your home town? I grew up in floridablanca, a city near the capital of the
department of Santander, Bucaramanga

• Where do you live? I have lived in Floridablanca since I was a child

• What is your marital status? I'm single, I'm still a little too young to get married
hahaha

• What is your Hobbie? I like reading fiction and world history books, playing guitar
and drawing, playing soccer and swimming.

• What is your profession / occupation? • I am a master's and bachelor's student, I

work occasionally as a teacher.

• Where do you live? I live in a group in floridablanca, close to the shopping centers.

• Talk about your work experience. I have worked in independent educational groups
and as a geologist in freelance work

• What is your academic background? I studied geology and am studying a master's

degree in education and finishing my bachelor's degree.

• What are your personal qualities? My personal qualities are patience, active listening,
proactivity, responsibility, teamwork, leadership and problem solving.

• What are your strengths and weaknesses? My abilities are an innate creativity, conflict
resolution and a purpose of constant improvement but my weaknesses are the
frustration of lies from my colleagues

• What makes you the best candidate for this position / this job? As for me, I am a
good candidate because I can give my best, adapting to new needs and conditions,
managing to work both as a team and alone.
