DEMAND LETTER

RE: Overdue Account

Dear Ma’am:
Kindly refer to your ANTRECCO promissory note dated March
26, 2013 for a principal amount of Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos
Only (₱85,000.00) due on March 26, 2015.
You are delinquent in the payment of 103 months
installments. Such failure to pay rendered the entire amount
outstanding under the said note, immediately due, payable, and
defaulted, in accordance with the terms of the note you have
executed.
Because you failed to pay the installments at the proper time,
your outstanding obligation is also accruing interest of 1% per
month and penalty at four percent (4%) per month (based on the
monthly amortization from the date of default until the same is fully
paid, in addition to the interest stipulated in the note. The
breakdown are as follows below to wit:

Thus, this serves as a final notice to you to pay in full your


outstanding obligation together with all accrued interest within
fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of this letter. The total
amount due at this time is Two Hundred Three Thousand Two
Hundred Fifteen Pesos & 73/100 Ctvs. (₱203,215.73).
You may coordinate directly with ANTRECCO or contact Jude
Jonathan O. Aranas at 09258935494 to arrange your payment.
If you fail to do so, or if the entire amount due from you is not
received by the end of the grace period stated above, we shall
institute appropriate legal actions against you. As per the terms of
the promissory note, you will also be immediately liable to pay
twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount due on the note, in no
case less than five hundred pesos (₱500.00), as attorney’s fees and
liquidated damages, exclusive of all costs of suit and other
incidental expenses to litigation.
I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and
preferential attention to avoid the expense and inconvenience of
litigation.
