Must include:
⦁ Schedule meetings or allotted time to work on project. A
work plan/timeline! Including when, where, & how? Are you meet
in person? Are you using Zoom? Timeline is to be followed to
meet all deadlines.
⦁ Concept – What is your Theme, your Brand? I will not accept
an Indian, an Italian, an American, a Chinese…theme. Must be
more precise such as Andaman Islands, Languedoc, Toscana,
Newfoundland or mountains, princess heart, water, 007…. You
must be able to sell it!
Theme: Video game inspired food
Specifically from a game called 'Destiny 2' this game had a
variety of dishes that range from asian influenced to spanish.
Here you need to tell me whom you are, using;
⦁ A Mission Statement
To provide a food experience never done before by serving foods
that will allow a guest to experience what it will be like in the
game.
⦁ A Vision Statement
To be able to expand to cover other games and offer different
games as if its a seasonal menu or special features.
⦁ A Value Statement
To be able to provide guest with the best ‘video game’ like
experience by offering foods that are never seen/tasted before.
⦁ What are selling? Based on you Concept create a sample
menu including 3 – 4 items with a short description of each item

Bahn Mi pork on a bun with pickled carrot, pickled diakon
and siracha mayo
