1. Due to a website glitch, a customer was able to order a Large 3-Speed Franklin in Ivory that is
currently sold out. Please craft an email to said customer explaining the situation and offering
possible ways to resolve this issue.

2. Brooklyn Bicycle Co. does business with various independent bicycle shops and provides them
access to an online inventory management tool, which enables them to place orders based on
stock levels. One of these shops has emailed you an order for our Size 21 Matte Black Roebling
bike which will continue to be out of stock for several months. Please respond to that email with
possible resolutions.

3. A potential customer reaches out to our team via our Live Chat. They are 5’7”, live in a hilly area,
and are looking for a bike to commute to work. Please recommend two models that you think
might meet their needs and explain why.

4. With the large nature of bicycle boxes, we incur oversize and additional handling fees. Our
Operations team reviews monthly invoices to dispute any erroneous oversize fees. Using the
