Habits of the Atom

“You become what you do on a daily basis.”

Something changed my thinking and thinking when I read the above paragraph. I read the first two
chapters of this book. I'm constantly curious about people's habits. The one thing that almost everyone
does is form habits. Everything is a habit: eating, brushing teeth, dressing up, wearing a watch, driving.
Once our habits are permanently capable of doing so, we don't use our brain. I'm now conducting
additional study on habits as a result of reading this book. “One day,” I reasoned, “our good or bad
behaviors will be stored in our subconscious mind, and it will produce effects based on our choices.” All
of the above are just ideas. This book outlines the system/process of achieving the aim we have.
Everyone wants to win in a vehicle race game. Everyone's ambition/dream is to achieve this. However, it
is difficult to win if you are unable to modify your current process/system of behaviors. You could
succeed once, but not often. If you want to be successful in your industry for a long time, develop little
(positive) habits and enhance your 1%, and you will be a tremendous success.

In this realm of believing, it is impossible for everyone to attain this until they reach old age and die
while still adhering to regular social standards. And it will not be tolerated by society. And you must
return something in the same manner that you received your realizations about how this world based
on belief works, who you are in this world based on belief, and who you have become what you know is
not the true question in this world based on belief. True, if you have the potential to achieve what you
desire, but not to become what you know of yourself at any point in your life, this universe built on
belief can help you.
