I help with new ESL teachers to develop their ability and remove scare
form them by practice in their free time. I also help them to motivate
their selves first and then try to motivate their students.

Part 5: What you need to move forward?

The first and most important step for moving forward is to believe in
yourself, work hard, be much disciplined and attempt to achieve your
goals. I need to move forward by a step by step plan. Also, and why
something is important.

I have work on to complete my all profile checklists. I have not
complete if fully, but I learned many ways to make profiles.

3 Session Discussion Tasks:

Read some Teacher to Teacherprenuer success stories.
I have tried to log in to Teacher Preneur.CA and read success stories but
it did not work. I also submit the needed information. I would like to
share my personal opinion; Teacherprenuer success story has positive
effects if someone read it and learn from it. I searched in Google and
read one story, so from that story it clearly shows that these stories
really motivate and inspire you and as well as show you that how to be
a Teacherprenuer.

4 Session Discussion Tasks:

Identify the product and a plan that you want to develop or to be a
Teacherprenuer.
For me YouTube and WhatsApp are the best products to develop your
online profitable business. First of all, I want to start from a YouTube
channel and upload my own videos to the channel. In the second part,
the videos must connect to Facebook; it means when the videos
uploaded to the channel then it must be shared in Facebook and as
importantly in Facebook groups. After from that, create three
WhatsApp groups; Discussions, Homework and Lecture groups for your
subscribers and students. In the third step, make a well-made action
plan for yourself and staff who you need them and help with you in
your journey. You have to recruit two or three coordinators and deputy
coordinators to help you in your full plan. Also, keep in mind to make a
strictly and well-made timetable for students in which I want to add
these things; videos, voice recording, reading parts and many more.
Finally, you will make special courses and make your profitable online
business. In addition, note it with yourself that building an online
English Teacherprenuership is not easy. It needs consistently hard work,
commitment and well disciplined. So be ready!
