NURSING REPORT ( WALKING IN THE HOSPITAL )

Mr. suprianto, 20 years old came to the ER Bratanata Hospital. He complained of
back pain, pain when urinating, fever and chills and abnormal urine color. After listening to
his complaints, I checked the patient's vital signs:

⮚ temperature: 36 C
⮚ Blood pressure: 160/100 mmHg
⮚ Breathing: 24 x / i
⮚ Pulse: 89 x / i

Then the doctor diagnosed him, kidney stones. The doctor advised him to be
hospitalized in the walnut room. After that I put the infusion. I also gave him drugs like
allopurinol. I advised him to drink coconut water, get enough rest, and do a diet for kidney
sufferers.
