of the MK-U maintains the print quality regardless of
mounting and allows for mounting distances of 10 or 35 mm
away from the target.
Product switching using barcodes
Easy changeover of products is now possible by simply
scanning a preregistered barcode. Now one line can support
multiple products without having to reprogram the marking
unit.
Printing on high-speed lines
KEYENCE’s MK-U6000 is capable of marking at speeds
double that of a conventional printer and maintains a very high
quality. The MK-U Series automatically changes the order
in which ink particles are placed according to the number of
lines to be printed allowing for improvements in productivity.
