Practice Positive: Volunteers from Al-Futtaim Retail

As part of Al-Futtaim Retail division’s

‘Practice Positive’ initiative, designed to
encourage employees to act together to
embed sustainability, a group of
employees from the division were invited
to take part in a weekend wadi adventure
and environmental clean-up at Wadi
Shawka.

Partnering with Companies for Good, a

UAE based corporate social responsibility
organisation, the Al-Futtaim Retail team
set out to make a difference as they worked together as a team to complete a clean-up activity.
The beautiful natural surroundings also provided the opportunity for the team to learn more
about the environment, wildlife and outdoor survival skills.
