1. Executive Summary
In general, the tutoring industry is a very potential business, but it's fun and has
different things there. In running this potential business, EZ English Course will
offer a different concept. EZ English Course is a tutoring that offers a new concept.
This business offers business. The opportunities are very large, because there is a
sizable market which is intended for elementary to high school students. The
services offered in Alun Alun Lama, Ungaran City. This business will be very
promising, considering that it will be managed by several students who do have
management, accounting, and teaching skills.

2. Vision/Mission Statement
Vision:
Creating young people who are smart, careful and character.

Mission:
a. Introducing "EZ English Course" with various advantages of learning activity
models.
b. Designing added value teaching and learning activities by holding motivation and
spiritual training and refreshing together.
c. Providing educational services that are progressive, creative and innovative by
taking into account the potential and needs of individuals

Currently, tutoring is growing rapidly. This is because the demand for educational
supplements outside of school increases. The proof, a lot of tutoring that is
mushrooming everywhere, specifically in Ungaran.

4. The Business
1) Description of Business
Ez Course English is a tutoring that offers the concepts of Acceleration and
Integrated. The point is, BATASA tutoring not only helps students increase their
intelligence in the academic field, and maximize their score in exam and national
exam.
 The opportunity
Nowdays, there are not many tutors who have different concepts. In addition,
the opportunity to enter the market is also wide open because the level of
difficulty in this business is also relatively low. Coupled with a strong network
owned by this business owner with several schools near Alun – Alun Lama,
Ungaran city which mean that potentially have a lot of customers from students.

 Strategy
The strategy used is offering a new concept. EZ Course offers a variety of
advantages that are not owned by bimbel in general. In addition, strategies that
can be relied on by EZ Course are communicative and effective marketing
strategies, as well as learning strategies that are supported by an atmosphere of
learning that is comfortable, but still nuanced in youth.

(Here students will learn elementary English such as vocabulary, simple
sentences etc).

2. English for Teenagers : providing gudance for Junior High School


grade 7-8.
ET 1 level 1-4 : Grade 7
ET 2 level 1-4 : Grade 8

(Here the students will learn intermediate English such as making
sentences, simple conversation etc)

3. English for Young Adult : providing gudance for Senior High School
grade 10-11.

(Here students will learn advance intermediate English such as making
texts, tenses, more complex conversation).

The target markets are :

 Junior High School Grade 7-9 = age 12-15
 Senior High School Grade 10-12 = age 16-18

 Location: Alun Alun Lama, Ungaran.

 Density of area: semi-urban
 Infrastructure : BRT, angkot, Online transportation, private
transportation
 Climate : hot-rainy (seasonal), not a flooded area, safe.

 Competition Analysis
There are a lot of competitiors in Ungaran City, such as GO, Neutron,
Primagama. But they are not located in Alun-Alun Lama, but in main street
far from Alun-Alun Lama. It gives me opportunity for us to grow and gain
more customer than our competitiors. In case that our strength is located in
central of Ungaran City which is so strategic and the weakness of our
competitors is far from heart of the Ungaran City.

 Supply, Value Chain/Product Delivery Process


 Supplier
1. Books will be supplied by BATASA Bimbel.
2. Equipment needed will be supplied by several parties.

 Tutor
Tutors in EZ Course are undergraduate students, Fresh Graduates who
have good teaching quality and exceptional GPA. The selection used is
also quite strict, to guarantee the quality of our tutorial.
 Online and Technology
The difference between this business and other similar businesses lies in
the use of online media and website technology.
1. Website is used for promotional media and detailed information
exposure.
2. Website is used for online education media. This is very supportive of
the business owner's business to socialize lives that already rely on
this technology. Every material, questions and answers, tutorials,
quizzes, and other forms of education, can be enjoyed online.
3. Facebook and Twitter are used as active promotional media. This is
very supportive because almost all children aged 10-18 years have a
facebook account and more than a quarter have a twitter account.

5. Marketing Strategy or Marketing Plan


 Situation Analysis
Analysis based on SWOT:
Strength : Strategic, near the main road, reachable, a lot of food court,
near a lot of school.
Weakness : Ttoo crowded, will be noisy, the rent will be pricey, limited
parking area.
Oportunity : Potentially have a lot of customers from students.
Threat : A lot of rival such as GO, Neutron, Primagama.

 Marketing Plan
Based on the level of education, the Customer is divided into 3 namely
elementary students, middle school students and high school students. All three
have their respective characters. Whereas based on social class, customers who
are targeted by EZ Course are the lower middle class for tutoring and the upper
middle class for private lessons.

The most important marketing pattern used is to use online media such as
Facebook, Twitter and websites. In saving paper usage, this business will use
website technology and social media to the maximum extent possible and be
supported by other promotional facilities, such as brochures, banners.
