II. Types of Learning Delivery Modalities (LDM)
1. Online (Synchronous and asynchronous) – Time is set
* Synchronous - both teacher and students do the teaching and learning
a. LMS – Learning Management System (Mr. Andrew M. Enriquez)
b. Google Meet, Google Classroom – Mrs. Vanessa Maranguit
c. Zoom, Facebook, Messenger
d. Create gmail account
e. We will create FB page for downloading of supplementary learning materials
* Asynchronous – anytime when the gadget is available
2. Printed modular
- Computation of hard copies of Self Learning Modules (SLM)
- No. of sheets X no. of subjects X no. of pupils
- Ex. 15X9X43 = 5,809 sheets for 1 module only/500 pages per ream = 11 reams X 195 per
ream = 2,145
3. Digital modular (OTG flash drive)
4. Radio- based instruction (c/o Mrs. Paga)- w/ printed or digital modular
5. TV-based instruction
III. Distribution for the first module only (August 24, 2020)
 Divide the class into 4 batches (Rizal – 3 batches only)
- Batch 1 (8:00 – 8:30)- 12 persons
- Batch 2 (8:30 – 9:00) – 12 persons
- Batch 3 (9:00 – 9:30) – 11 persons
- Failure to come on the designated time, modules will be delayed, to ensure social distancing.
IV. Retrieval/ First day of the week (September 1, 2020 – Tuesday)
- Same procedure on the distribution of modules. Divided into 3 batches (Rizal only)
- Upon returned at the same time distribution of the next modules
- Distribution and retrieval every Monday from 8:00 – 10:00 am
V. Online training for parent and students
- Agreed schedule by the teacher, parents and students
- Signing up of LMS
VI. Screen time viewing
- Kinder (1 hour daily)
- Gr.1 – 5 (1 and half hours
- Gr.6 (Maximum of 2 hours
- 20/20/20 rule (after 20 mins, look straight 20ft for 20seconds
