P T. TOKYU CONSTRUCTION INDONESIA a company established by Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd Japan and
PT. Katya Mitra Karsa in 2011 mainly for the purpose of engaging in the construction line of business in
Indonesia as well as contributing as possible towards the economic development of Indonesia.

O ur company had operated as a representative office of Tokyu Construction Co., Ltd. Japan with local
associates since year 1992, then we have succesfully completed the construction projects for private
sector also the government sector, including the buidings, factories, railways facilities, roads etc.

W e are always considering customer satisfaction to be priority. So we always continue the evolution
to respond the customers requirements.

E nhancing our services, we also specialized in design and build works for various kinds of factories as
we are the team of Japanese and Indonesia architect and engineers to discuss, make a plan, design to
find out best way for our customers.

We do waste handling by waste sorting and disposal by third parties who process waste, especially those hazardous waste (B3).
6. Continuous Improvement
Maintaining Integrated Management System with a commitment to continuous improvement of the quality safety health and
environment sustainable and prevent recurrence by sharing NCR, and all findings of nonconformity that occur such as
nonconformity from regulatory requirements, procedures, performance targets, audit findings, incidents, customer
requirements and minor issues NCR must be made.

Participating, consulting with worker, subcontractor to support the Integrated Management System at PT. TCI
