roles of a legal professional beyond the traditional role of a litigator for linking their
domain knowledge to legal profession.

public and corporate enterprises such as the State, Community organizations and Social
Enterprises, become justice sentinels and justice crusaders seek them out.
c) Provide hands on experience in legal knowledge, skills, ethics and values so as to be able
to work in a fast changing India set in a globalizing world by learning law in a profound
way keeping with to contemporary developments.
d) Build competence to find, identify and interpret the law in a given situation.
e) Enhance knowledge to enable them to resolve the legal problems with the correct
application of law.
f) Enable them to deploy IT skills to use the electronic resources to find the legal
information.
g) Demonstrate cognitive skills, problem solving skills, analytical and independent critical
thinking with enhanced research capabilities by using different pedagogical methods
using collaborative online international learning.
h) Help cultivate the ability to appreciate the role of lawyers in justice education in a
globalising world sensitive to the needs of sustainability, poverty and vulnerability.
i) Acquaint them with the institutions of the legal systems encompassing national,
regional, international and multiple aspects of dispute resolution, with intellectual
integrity, critical thinking, and as practice-ready lawyers.
3) Admission Process:
Step 1: Apply Online

Admission to Three year LL.B. is offered through Symbiosis All India Admission
Test (AIAT). AIAT will be conducted by Home Based Online Proctored
Mode.
There will be time limit to answer the questions. Once the time limit is over, the
candidate will lose an opportunity to answer the questions. An answer given by a
candidate will be locked so that the candidate will not be able to change the answer.
The candidate needs to ensure that the answer is recorded within the stipulated time
limit.
Date for Home Based Online Proctored Mode AIAT: The AIAT will be
conducted on 13th July 2021.
Step 3: Online Personal Interaction (PI) there will be total 30 marks for PI: Personal
Interaction is intended to test the Personal Attributes, Fitment, Work Experience,
global outlook, professionalism, ethics, values and Statement of Purpose of a
candidate.
A) Schedule for SLS Pune Online PI (Personal Interaction) SLS Pune will
conduct Online PI (Personal Interaction) on 26th & th July, 2021- LL.B.
B) Time for PI: Each candidate will get a maximum up to 6-8 minutes for PI. The
candidate needs to be ready at the given time without any excuse by following the
instructions given by SLS Pune-SIU.
Note: You are requested to upload soft copy of the Statement of Purpose (SOP), not
more than 250 words, and soft copy of the one Letter of Recommendation mentioning
conduct, character, traits etc. (reference letter shall be from the
Head/Supervisor/Professor of your Institute/College) and other relevant documents as
per the scheduled for AIAT & after successful completion of AIAIT invited for PI
process provided by the institute.
Candidates need to keep original documents including the SOP and reference letter
(LOR) for the PI process.
4) No negative marking:
There will be no negative marking for AIAT and PI.
5) Please Note:
a. Online Verification of Educational Qualification Documents and Eligibility:
Selected candidates need to online submit educational qualification documents as
per the directions of SLS Pune/SIU. If any candidate fails to submit the documents
at the time of verification and for eligibility purposes, admission of the same
candidate stands cancelled.
9) Reservation of Seats:
Note: SIU reserves the right to change these dates in view of uncertainties prevailing across
the country on account of Covid-19 pandemic or any other unavoidable circumstances.
