A DETAILED REPORT and COST ANALYSIS ON only MYGATE and MYGATE WITH BOOM
BARRIER

Dear Residents,
We have tried to utilise MyGate subscription deal with more benefits. MyGate was charging us
Yearly 56,640/-. To negotiate with MyGate, we bought No-Broker in between and started
negotiating with them.
Without any additional facility we were paying to MyGate 56,640/- per annum for only the
Mobile Application. We called them several times and have negotiated and have given a final
negotiating deal to them stating if they can provide the Boom Barrier in this same cost, then
only we will continue or else shift to No-Broker. The matter was discussed with them for more
than 2 months and have reached to this conclusion;

Now the MyGate App will be Free for three Years and they have provided us Boom Barrier
of Park Plus with their software (can be used additionally if necessary). For this we will be
paying 5000/- + GST monthly.
Here just a small comparison on cost and facility with/without Boom Barrier. The boom barrier
will be the property of PSF at the end of 3rd year by paying 5000/- as an asset transfer fee.
