That at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held at the
principal office, at which quorum was present, the following resolutions were unanimously

process and signed the application of building permit for our project, a warehouse building
located at Brgy. Salitran, Dasmarinas, Cavite. and other pertinent documents which may be
