This letter is to express intention to provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services to safely
execute and complete the above design works in accordance with its governing rules and regulations.

This letter is for the provision of miscellaneous design for the mechanical engineering services,
electrical engineering services, plumbing engineering services, or some combination thereof, for
renovation, repair, minor construction and maintenance projects, and other miscellaneous
engineering assignments of limited scope, to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity
basis, as requested in accordance with the terms of the would-be Agreement. I will represent
Engineers that has the knowledge, ability, skills and resources to provide such services in accordance
with the terms and requirements.
