It aims to help potential readers and to find the relevance of the research paper and to help the
readers know exactly what the paper is about. It is a short paragraph about research paper
designed to give the reader a complete, yet concise, understanding of your paper's research and
findings. Abstracts should include sufficient information for reviewersthat shpuld be enough for
the reader to judge the nature and significance of the topic, the adequacy of the research strategy,
the nature of the results and the conclusions. The abstract should summarize the substantive
results of the work and not simply list the topics to discuss. Summaries have the word limit of

deliverables need to be produced during the project. Both these goals and objectives should be
defined early in the project
REFERENCES:
It is the most important part of research it shows the validity of the report. Referencing allows
you to acknowledge the contribution of other writers and researchers in your work. Any
university assignments that draw on the ideas, words or research of other writers must contain
citations. Referencing is also a way to give credit to the writers from whom you have borrowed
words and ideas
Reference citations are needed for any statement in your proposal that is not common knowledge
and that requires information about the source. Focus on the few most relevant and recent
references, preferably those from international research journals. Avoid "gray" literature,
textbooks, and references online or on the web.
Some rules when citing references in the proposal text document:
Single author publications: “author (year)”.
References of two authors: "author A and author B (year)".
Publications of more than two authors: “author1 et al. (year)".
