Provide SWOT-matrix on your team and its performance.
As a team, we have a high level of openness. We are a group of accommodating and
diverging people, and this balances us out. Most of us have a rescuer personality. We have good communication and work ethics in our group. When we started working together, we had a clear structure, goals, and defined roles that helped build trust. Our excitement and eagerness to work together help us identify our strengths and weaknesses, which help us redefine our roles and the team's process. As the team progressed, our focus shifted from the tasks at hand to feelings of frustration or anger with the process. Some of the team members started expressing concerns about being unable to meet the team's goals. However, all these concerns help us realise that we have to refocus on our goals and perhaps break larger goals down into smaller, achievable steps. To achieve this, we may need to develop task-related skills and group process and conflict management skills. With more frequent and meaningful communication among us and an increased willingness to share ideas or ask teammates for help, we shifted our energy to the team's goals and increased our productivity in individual and collective work. As we make significant progress towards our goals, we start sharing insights into personal and group processes because of our awareness of each other's strengths and weaknesses. We all feel attached to the team as something "greater than the sum of its parts" and feel satisfaction in its effectiveness. And also confident about our abilities and those of our teammates. As we progress ahead, we want to Strengthen our team bonding and encourage each other to explore individual talents, which will help us boost our team performance and balance our strengths and weaknesses. It will also help us work better in a deadline-driven environment and take better decisions, more productive solutions, and higher creativity.
