This is the select role screen. User will select their appropriate role in this screen. If
anyone select a role that has not been assigned to them, they will see the error
screen as below.
The roles are:
• Agent: agents are primarily responsible for sales and new property registration.
They are also responsible for producing sales receipts for owners (sellers) of the
properties.
• Financial administrators: they are responsible for producing sales commission slips
for agents and checking S&C records for discrepancies.
• Human resources: HR is responsible for adding new agents and monitoring agent
performances.
• Sales controller: Agents report to sales controller. This role is supervisory role to
agents.
• System administrators: system administrators are responsible for creating new
users in the system and assigning role(s) to the users.

This is the data entry screen for the agent performance module of the system. Users
will be able to select an agent from a drop down list to view their performance.

Agent performance module will show HR users and Sales controllers performance of
a single agent as requested in the entry for the module.

This is the add user module for system administrators. System administrators can
input username and select role for the user. The user ID will be generated using role
information automatically. If an user with same name already exist, name has to be
changed slightly otherwise the system will issue additional role to the existing user.
