and an renovation project types. Helped to establish a new project standard that includes standard
sheet layouts, library of details, and wall type system.
This position has improved my knowledge of how buildings are constructed and the coordination
needed for projects. It has also improved my skills with documentation within Revit.
Co-Founder, For The People Nonprofit - St. Louis, Missouri MAR 2018
The goal of this nonprofit is to play a role in helping rebuild parts of St. Louis. Our plans focus on the - PRESENT
development and modernization of communities in the city, while preserving its rich culture, existing
community, and history.
This position improved my knowledge of planning a business and nonprofit. As well as humble me
on what people in areas of need go through and the mistrust that has developed there.

This position gave me insight into large scale brewery projects.

Designed, coordinated, and instructed a Revit 2016 workshop on software layout, basic modeling,
and massing, and family creation for 15 undergrads; increasing their under standing and fluency of
Revit.
This workshop increased my ability to teach Revit and reinforce my familiarity with the layout of Revit.

Provided schematic design for an office and production facility for a dietary supplement 2015
manufacturer. I also did an analysis of the plans from the Architect who created plans from my
schematic design to ensure they follow what the client wanted.
This position improved my ability to work with clients, increase my proficiency for schematic design,
and increase my knowledge with using Revit.

Project type: Multi-family


Project: Whispering Heights
Location: Edwardsville, Illinois
Description: A mixed use development that has 2 apartment buildings with retail located on the 1st floor
and a parking garage attached to the larger of the two buildings. The square footage of the entire
development breaks down as such: 119,000 SF multifamily, 55,075 SF Retail, and 76,646 SF garage.
Construction Type: 1st floor metal stud framing with 2nd floor podium and wood framing on floors above
Primary Roles: Revit Model maintenance and repair, Assist Interiors with modeling, production of construction
documents, and assisting in Construction Administration work
Project type: Hospitality
Project: Fairfield Hotel by Marriott
Location: O’Fallon, Illinois
Description: 4-story 106 key 58,300 square foot hotel with a pronounced Porte Cochere.
Construction Type: 1st floor wood stud framing with 2nd floor podium and wood framing on floors above
Primary Roles: Revit model creation, Assist Interiors with modeling, and production of construction
documents.

Location: Lancaster, California
Description: 4-story 107 key 78,412 square foot hotel
Construction Type: Wood framed building with amenity area being metal stud and concrete podium above
Primary Roles: Researched and designed a solution for a 13-inch-wide expansion gap that required a 2-hour
rating at the corridors going through this expansion joint area, and a wood framed elevator shafts

Project: Hampton Inn and Suites
Location: St. Charles, Missouri
Description: 5-story 117 key 75,797 square foot hotel with a breakfast area that has a two-story open ceiling height.
Construction Type: 1st floor wood stud framing with 2nd floor podium and wood framing on floors above
Primary Roles: Revit model creation, production of construction documents, and COMcheck for project.

Project: Gatesworth
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Description: A 349,2225 5-story multi-family apartment building with a 41,911 SF garage at its lower level.

Construction Type: precast garage and stairs with all wood structure with steel frame for large spans.
Primary Roles: Design development to Construction Documentation stage Revit model management and
creation, material take-offs, creation of many architectural documentation, assisting Interiors with complex
modeling, and overall Revit model management/management.

Project type: Community


Thesis: Community Growth Center center
Location: Fairground Park, St. Louis, Missouri (theoretical)
Description: A 125,734 square foot community center with 9 areas. These include administration, Daycare,
Makerspace, Common Area, Rec and Aquatic Center, Teaching/Catering Kitchen, and Urban Agriculture Center.
Each of these areas were designed into the space in response to the issues and needs in North St. Louis City. This
research was extensive and used a variety of sources to validate the need for each area.
