Topic : A healthy lifestyle

Greetings to everyone. My name is Sharminey. First of all I would like to thank all of
you from spending your time to listen my speech. I am going to give the speech on
the topic ‘A Healthy Lifestyle’. There are some tips from me that can be useful to get
a healthy lifestyle.

Firstly, a healthy lifestyle requires a good diet of healthy foods. Food is the basic
thing for everyone. People get nutrients from the food. People should consume foods
based on the food pyramid. There are some types of food which they need to take a lot
and some types of food which they need to take in a small quantity. For example,
protein contained food is very important for the growth of the people so they need to
take it much while fat contained food is not good for health so they need to take it less.

Secondly, people need to sleep enough to get a healthy lifestyle. Seven to eight hours
of sleep a day is enough for an adult. Sleeping activity will free your mind from other
things. It is the time for yourself to take a rest. Some will have trouble getting sleep.
This is due to the thinking activity. When you think about anything it will disturb your
sleep so always make sure you are not thinking much when you are going to sleep.
Free your mind from bothering with other things.

Thirdly, for a healthy lifestyle you will need to drink more water. Water is the main
hydration source for people. Usually a person should need to drink seven to eight
glass of water a day. Water also will give you energy throughout the day. Drink water
more than other soda drinks. Soda drinks contain a gas which can harm your health if
you consume it more. Water is healthy and safe for humans to drink.

Other than that, do exercise regularly to get a healthy lifestyle. Exercise will help you
to get rid of small joint pains. Exercise also will keep you fit and healthy. Choose a
place for doing your exercise. Park is the choice of many people to do their exercise.
This is because the scenery of the place is so beautiful. It also will help to calm your
mind. You can do your exercise twice a week.

A healthy lifestyle also requires a tension free mind. Don’t be too stressed with your
work. Organize yourself by doing a timetable. Arrange your timetable based on
activities that you need to complete first. A good timetable will help you to manage
your time correctly. You also should not get angry for every small problem that
happens. Try to be calm in every situation. Being calm will help you to get some ideas
to solve the problems.

In a nutshell, a healthy lifestyle is the most preferable by humans nowadays but most
of them do not follow the right way of healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is very
important for every group of people, from the small age to the old age. Remember
that, healthy lifestyle will always keep you healthy. Thus, follow the right ways to get
a healthy lifestyle. That’s all from me for today.
