PROJECT OBJECTIVES

General Objective:

To establish a self-powered resort that will provide an exceptional

accommodation and can be the center of activities for social entrepreneurs, students

and teacher, businessmen, and policy makers and the general public, thus opening

doors for better understanding and more investment in the City of Batangas in Isla

Verde.

Specific Objectives:

 To develop a place intended for both business and leisure.

 To resolve the rising unemployment rate and boost tourism along the region and

the country.

 To provide an excellent accommodation service to both local and foreign guests.

DESIGN OBJECTIVES

General Objective:

To developed a self-powered resort that connects environment through

integration of the renewable resources as an alternative source of electricity to the

building that can satisfy the ideological needs of the community.

Specific Objectives:
 To determine the status of the citizens residing on the Isla Verde with a view to

incorporate such needs into the design.

 To determine and evaluate the past and present traditions and culture of the

location of the site for appraisal and adoption.

 To determine the availability of the natural resources and materials present in the

locality to create a sense of belonging, and emotional relationship between our

people and our spaces.
