The proponent analyzes the spatial features of the project in this part to

determine the approximate area of each space required for design development.

Qualitative and Quantitative Elements

The qualitative and quantitative aspects of the study include the

identification of primary users and their numbers, as well as a qualitative

examination of the spaces on the facility. Through this research and analysis, the

proponent develops the space characteristics and circulation percentages that are

utilized to define the approximate area of spaces that the proponent will require for

project design planning.
