Spatial Identification and Staffing Requirement

A Commercial building dedicated for organizational administrative work. Offices usually have individual
spaces called cubicle for employees but new setups such as co working spaces where there are
companies shares the office. Contemporary office spaces aim on creating seamless transition between
workspace and public space without compromising privacy.

The proposed office space will cover approximately 15% to 18% of the site. The Office space is an
integral part of the project that can provide the initial economic platform for the community. It will be
the transitional development for future developments in the region.
