Clinical diagnosis: ? Lupus vulgaris
Biopsy shows patchy nodular tuberculoid granulomatous infiltrate made up of
lymphocytes, plasma cells, histiocytes and epitheloid cells with occasional
Langhan’s giant cells. Overlying epidermis shows moderate spongiotic
psoriasiform change. Underlying dermis shows fibroplasia.

Impression: Lupus vulgaris

To correlate clinically.
