Associate - Client Care Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Shift Details: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM IST or 7 AM to 4 PM IST or 5 PM to 2 AM IST

Job Responsibilities:
1. Serve as an integral member of our global Commercial team by providing client support throughout the
client lifecycle, beginning with the onboarding process.
2. Become a domain, product and workflow expert – allowing you to manage issues around data and
application logic that require deep investigation.
3. Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve
questions and issues across all Visible Alpha products in a timely manner.
4. Escalate product, technical, and data issues to relevant departments with sufficient information in a
timely manner.
5. Act as liaison between clients and the Data team, informing clients of data methodologies and resolving
clients' data questions.
6. Create and maintain documents to track internal processes.
7. Provide ongoing feedback to Product and Development teams to help build scalable solutions for
clients.

Required Skills and Experience:


1. Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering highly preferred.
2. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. – you are passionate about problem solving and have the
ability to think critically.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to communicate
successfully across multiple audiences.
4. A solid team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
5. Knowledge of basic concepts like financial statements, GAAP/Recurring income, ratio analysis.
6. Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a diverse environment.
