• Gain an understanding of CBRE’s various business verticals, especially Advisory & Transaction Services by
participating in various formal / informal and on-job training sessions
• To participate in internal and external (client) meetings with the assigned mentor / team to understand CRE
processes and systems
• Gain a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate market in the City – supply demand trends,
real estate values, key developers / occupiers, rules & regulations / by-laws, etc
• Assist the assigned mentor in documentations / follow-up during and after client meetings, viz. Minutes of
Meeting etc
• Assist the team / mentor in preparation of various client submissions – presentation decks, cashflows,
strategic analyses, etc
• Coordinate with identified landlords to plan and conduct site inspections for the clients
• Assist the team / mentor in all transaction closure related works – documentation, coordination, handover,
etc
• Undertake Business Development activities for th assigned sectors/ micro-markets
• At all times, ensure 100% compliance with CBRE’s corporate policies
