ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gain an understanding of CBRE’s various business verticals, especially Advisory & Transaction Services by
participating in various formal / informal and on-job training sessions
• To participate in internal and external (client) meetings with the assigned mentor / team to understand CRE
processes and systems
• Gain a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate market in the City – supply demand trends,
real estate values, key developers / occupiers, rules & regulations / by-laws, etc
• Assist the assigned mentor in documentations / follow-up during and after client meetings, viz. Minutes of
Meeting etc
• Assist the team / mentor in preparation of various client submissions – presentation decks, cashflows,
strategic analyses, etc
• Coordinate with identified landlords to plan and conduct site inspections for the clients
• Assist the team / mentor in all transaction closure related works – documentation, coordination, handover,
etc
• Undertake Business Development activities for th assigned sectors/ micro-markets
• At all times, ensure 100% compliance with CBRE’s corporate policies

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree / Masters from a recognized university.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.

• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying
questions to ensure understanding
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
• Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
• Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in
standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and operate industry specific databases and software.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work in cross-functional teams, perform under short time frames, perform efficient
resource planning, establish and maintain internal and external professional relationships and prioritize
workload.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. He may provide informal assistance such as technical guidance
and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate work and assign tasks.
