It is with great pleasure that I recommend Lillian Faust for a teaching position. Lillian is an enthusiastic
and hardworking student teacher.

Lillian has been teaching elementary students. Her content knowledge is superb. She has a thorough
knowledge of content and is extremely creative which allows her to make classroom work more
interesting for her students. She creates and implements lessons that are relatable to her students. Her
plans are rigorous and relevant. She prepares her students for success. Any one lesson includes several
activities with multi-modalities to keep the students engaged. Lillian puts much time and effort into
planning and preparing her lessons. She remains after school for hours making sure everything is well
prepared. She participates in most school and district events.

She shares her expertise of technology with the faculty. Lillian is very competent in using technology.
She takes instructional risks using technology.
When I enter the building, everyone from security officers, to office staff to faculty and administrations
stops me to tell me how wonderful Lillian is. She is considered part of the team.

Lillian knows every student as an individual. She learns the whole child as well as their strengths and
struggles. In the field of virtual education, she has supported the parents and assisted them in this
transition.

She is by far one of the most intrinsically motivated interns I know who loves working with students and
teachers so that she tackles any challenges with enthusiasm and fortitude. She completes tasks ahead of
schedule and meets deadlines with the utmost of skill and professionalism. Lillian is a qualified and
motivated candidate who can work independently as well as a wonderful team player. Ms.Faust keeps
abreast of all current research and trends. She is a remarkable resource. She spends hours researching
new resources that her students will learn from and enjoy

She is an extremely bright and capable individual.
