Students will be reintroduced to adjectives from the lesson previous taught to further their knowledge on the topic. The class will be asked to create
Assessment adjectives for nouns that will be provided by the teacher. Once the students have placed their adjectives in the correct labeled noun cup, the teacher
Plan will begin making a master list on the board using students answers. Once the master list has been created the teacher will have students complete an
online virtual adjective activity that provides the number incorrect at the end for the teacher to measure the students level of understanding. 

IMPLEMENTATION

This lesson is created for students to work together to encourage an interactive environment in the classroom. This lesson pushes students to be
created by having a various range of nouns for the students to describe using adjectives. Allowing for the students to create their own adjectives
Lesson personalized the lesson which will engage students to stay focused and motivated. Creating a master list as a class will show the students what their
Rationale classmates have came up with as well as give students confidence when they see that their response and adjective was added to the board. Once the
noun/ adjective activity has concluded, the teacher will have students complete an online activity that gives the teacher an exact score for each student
to measure their level of understanding considering the other activity did not include students names.

A. Anticipatory set 

Teacher will begin by asking the class what they already know about adjectives
Teacher will initiate a class discussion about adjectives 
Students will be given the opportunity to share what they believe adjectives are and how they are used 
Teacher will give out several blank paper squares to each student 

B. Specifying the Goal 

Teacher will begin explaining the task to the students 
Teacher will place six labeled cups in the front of the class
Each cup will be labeled with a different noun 
The teacher will instruct students to write adjectives for each of the nouns and place the adjectives in the correct cup matching the noun it
describes. 

C. Structuring the Task 

Students will write different adjectives on each piece of paper 
The adjectives written should describe the nouns labeled on the cups 
Procedure Students will work with their classmates to come up with various adjectives for each noun 

D. Teaching and Evaluating the Collaborative Process 

Throughout the lesson the teacher will be ensuring that students are being kind and respectful and all students are working together
respectfully. 

E. Monitoring Group Performance 

Ensure that each student is staying on task through out the lesson and that each student is working to the best of their ability. 

F. Debriefing 

Once students have placed their adjectives in the appropriate cups, the teacher will begin to go through each cup 
On poster paper the teacher will place each of the nouns and pull the adjectives created from the cups one at a time to create a master list on
the board 
Once a master list of adjectives has been created for each noun, the teacher will instruct the class to take out their Chrome Books in their desk 
Students will be asked to go onto Google Classroom where they will find a link to an interactive Disney adjectives video for additional practice 
Once each student has completed this video, the student will raise their hand and inform the teacher so they will be able to see the students
score.
