10- Beginning the Lesson
10:05 The teacher draws three images on the whiteboard. They are a dog with fur, a

called. After giving the students a chance to answer, the teacher tells the
students that those words are called adjectives and they describe nouns.

10:15 Developing the Lesson
AM The teacher gives a worksheet to each student with ten different images like
a cat, a tree, a plate drawn on. There are choices on each image with
adjectives, and the students will work in pairs to select the most appropriate
adjective for each image.
Teacher moves around the room and checks each student and helps where
she is needed. After 10 minutes, the teacher collects the worksheets.
Teacher then plays a short 4 minute Youtube video clip on adjectives

Closing the Lesson
The teacher randomly asks the students what an adjective is, and examples
of adjectives. She then gives the students a chance to ask any questions
which they may have. The class is concluded by the teacher reviewing what
adjectives are and saying that the next class will be about adverbs.
