ARE STANDARIZED TESTS BENEFICIAL FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS?

I. INTRODUCTION:
“Each person is a world”. Every student has different ways to learn,
process information and not all of them are good in the same classes.
Some of them may be good in Math, and some of them are probably
good in arts. The education system should have different ways to teach
and evaluate the students based on their strengths and inclinations.

II. BODY
TOPIC SENTENCE 1: Every person should develop the necessary abilities
so that they can do the activities which they are most related without the
pressure of being bad in other areas.

Specialized schools
Conscious teaching

Supportive leaders or role models

The way we educate young people is the base of the society and all should be
free to do what their passionate about with no frustration.

III. TOPIC SENTENCE 2: Tests would be much more efficient if true

learning was evaluated and not just concepts learned by heart.

Real learning and understanding.

Update teaching methodology.
Real evaluations.

If we can provide a real and efficient way of education, the evaluating process
will automatically evolve too.

IV. TOPIC SENTENCE 3: Loosing the fear to change is essential to

become better. New ways of teaching, learning and evaluating the
knowledge keeping in mind the different necessities of each student
should be a priority.

Innovation.
Usage of current material.
Encouraging the students
We need to keep evolving in order to keep up with the rest of the world and be
able to actively participate in the global community.

Conclusion

The ways of evaluating students are hand by hand with the educational system and the
lack of innovative ways to approach the student and their inclinations or aspirations is
our main problem. We should follow the path that other countries have shown and apply
the better bits in order to develop as individual beings and as members of this diverse
community.

EXAMPLE:
Cats, the most awesome pets ever

"A dog is man's best friend." That common saying may contain some truth, but dogs are

not the only animal friend whose companionship people enjoy. For many people, a cat

is their best friend. The domestic cat can be traced all the way back to ancient Egypt

4,000 years ago and were quickly regarded as sacred creatures by the Egyptians.

Despite what dog lovers may believe, cats make excellent housepets as they are good

companions, they are civilized members of the household, and they are easy to care for.

In the first place, people enjoy the companionship of cats.

Cats are affectionate.

Playful

They can be trained

In the second place, cats are civilized members of the household.

Not noisy

Clean

Scratch just their toys

Lastly, one of the most attractive features of cats as housepets is their ease of care.

Cats do not have to be walked.

Cleaning is easy

Can stay home alone.

To sum up, Cats are low maintenance, civilized companions that make them

very attractive. People who have small living quarters or less time for pet care should

appreciate these characteristics of cats, as the low level of difficulty to take care of

them, their independence for basic things that dog lovers have to deal with. However,

many people who have plenty of space and time still opt to have a cat because they love

the cat personality. In many ways, cats are the ideal housepet, and I suggest having at

least 2.
