ANALYSIS:

1. In accordance to the three WH question, Essentialism philosophy is a great help to develop the
acquire knowledge that is being needed by the learners to be learned of which is the teacher as
the main person to make learners master the basic knowledge, skills and values of the students.
In Perennialism philosophy the need of this for education is very helpful because from the WH
question, we can clearly see that it is centered on humanities and general education that
students should be learned in their school life as student and as a future citizen. Next is
Behaviorism Philosophy which is centered in the behavior of students that enable them to
respond to the stimuli in the environment or what is happening in their surroundings. The fourth
one which is the Progressivism, by the WH question, learning by doing is its main purpose as
how do students develop and progress in coping the changes and problems and lastly
Existentialism philosophy is a great part when it used in teaching because these symbolizes how
students acknowledge their own flaws, the uniqueness of every individual.
2. I think it is very important for every person the philosophy because with the philosophy, we are
having our guide to how will people react with what’s happening in the society, it will also help
understand and develop our moral reasonings.
3. A Teacher as person is likely a human which do have an obligation in the society, that is needed
to be respected not just in school but in every corner of the outside world of their profession.
they are teachers that children are looking forward to display the primary principle of personal
behavior.
4. Teachers are the one who molds others, teachers are the one who teach others that is my
reason why teachers are included in the rooster of profession.
5. A professional teacher should always be a teacher even they are outside the campus. They
should always possess what a teacher should be, the dignity, being flexible, having a good
communication skill in the campus and in the community.
6. To manifest community leader and a social advocate, teachers should always be one call away
to help children who do not have the chance to enter schools. Provide a program that can help
or build a small foundation where it benefits the children who are in the road that should be in
school but trying to fit and work for their own needs.
7. Generosity, kindness, loyalty to their profession, compassionate are some behaviors that I think
important behaviors that a teacher should posses for them to serve as a role model of
excellence and character.
