The birth of Wise FinServ evoked when many corporates started having a product centric
approach to meet organisational goals rather than having a client centric approach to
meet client financial goals. The journey of financial planning & investment advisory
services at Wise FinServ started when two like-minded, senior, qualified, experienced
wealth manager Ajay Kumar Yadav & Charu Pahuja thought to render Financial Planning
Services across the country by leveraging technology platform & setting up high
standards of practicing financial planning. The objective was not only to grow the
balance sheet of company but also to spread right financial planning among people as
social responsibility.

Wise FinServ is a Financial Planning , Investment Advisory and a Wealth Management


company registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor. We work towards assisting our
clients in planning and executing their future financial goals . Our dedication in serving
our customers has been paramount and hence we have been on a mission to spread
financial literacy in India .
We are soon going to launch our new online platform Wise Funds that will assist our
customers to buy most financial products available to retail clients . These products like
Mutual Funds , Life Insurance & Health Insurance help our customers to build , grow and
protect their wealth . The main theme behind this platform for us is to connect &
empower the Indians about the importance of Financial Freedom and Financial Planning.
Job Description of Management Trainee
· Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customers & Retail
Investor relationships for Financial Planning.

· Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of Company


policy.

· Actively help the management in Planning and Conducting marketing


campaigns to attract new Retail Customers .

· Cross sell recommended financial products to customers.

· Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand


the relationship.

· Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and
existing clients.

· Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other


products.

· Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.


· Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer
satisfaction.

Key Qualification Requirements
● Graduation is a must ( B.Tech /BBA / B.Com /BA ( Economics or Business
Studies).
● Strong Communication & Public Speaking Skills .
● Proficiency in MS Office & Tools ( MS Office , MS Excel , MS PowerPoint ) .
● MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing is a plus.
● Professional Qualifications (CA/CFA/CPA/CMA) are an added advantage
● Completion of NISM Modules are value adds.

Compensation
At Wise FinServ, we practice & promote culture of rewarding people for their hard work &

1. Fixed in-hand Compensation Package to range between 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA


2. Performance Bonus & Incentives to be added on based upon overall performance
3. 30% Hike on completion of 1 Year with the firm ( confirmed in the offer letter
itself )
4. PS: The role is based in office ( Noida Sector 3 & 62 ) and not Work-from-Home
