Roles & Responsibilities:

The role is a combination of both, primary and secondary Research. The


assignments would primarily focus on B2B respondents and the candidate will be
required to call-up these respondents and convince them to participate in our
research surveys further take them through the questionnaire and capture responses
over the phone.

 Conducting research surveys over the phone with national respondents.


 Interact with industry experts/ consultants via various modes of
communication like telephonic interviews like Computer Assisted Telephonic
Interviews & Computer Assisted Web Interviews, and gather relevant and
niche data.
 Make outbound calls to different types of industry experts across India.
 Networking and Contact Building with various Industry Experts to get Insights,
Perspectives, ideas for different projects.
 Collaborating with different departments of Market Research for Qualitative
and Quantitative Research.
 Performing secondary research to generate leads using various tools,
directories and websites.
Skills & Attributes:

 Good written and verbal English Communication skills.


 Exposure of Marketing & Sales internship is preferred
 Keen interest in Market Research of different industries.
 High motivation to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial goals.
 Confidence in making outbound cold calls each day
 Hustle, intensity, and a can-do attitude
 Ability to receive and implement feedback and coaching in a fast-paced
environment
 Should have basic business email etiquettes.

Shift Timings: Fixed Day shifts (General)

Working Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed off)

Benefits: Lucrative Incentives

CTC: INR 3,05,000 Annually (Graduate); INR 3,27,000 Annually (post graduate)
*This does not includes Variable Compensation*

Terms & Condition: One year Service Agreement

Mode of Joining: Work from Office (Immediate joiners preferred)
