Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our
growing marketing team. The role involves a combination of proactive sales efforts, client
relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market
presence.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
retention.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and address
concerns.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Analyze market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales and marketing strategies.

Product Knowledge and Positioning:

Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's manufacturing capabilities and product offerings.

Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition to differentiate our products in the
market.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall business planning process.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with production, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination
and delivery of products/services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the construction material industry

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to articulate technical information.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Willingness to travel as needed.
