Job Description
This is a hands-on position responsible for growing sales revenue and building client relationships
for a high growth Enterprise SaaS product company with over USD $120 Million in Sales growing at
45% CAGR the last several years. The role will require candidate to acquire, retain and grow a large
and diverse global customer base ranging from large corporate accounts to privately owned
entities. This position will be the front-line contact between the company and the customer.
12-18 years’ experience of successful B2B sales experience with ability to manage large sales team
and ability to use sales analytics to monitor, motivate and manage sales team is desired. Should
have an experience of selling SaaS products to Corporates and exposure in solutions sales is
preferred. The chosen candidate must have a proven track record in driving meaningful sales
revenues of over USD $45 Million in direct annual sales, excellent communication skills, understand
consultative selling, offer strong organizational and prospecting skills, be reliable, ethical, and a
self-starter.

Job Responsibilities
● Create a detailed sales plan with clear NRR and customer acquisition metrics including
sales pipeline tracking for every sales manager and territory to achieve sales targets and
expand customer base
● Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
● Prospect, develop, negotiate and close sales opportunities
● Generate sales through selective customer targeting
● Coordinate the operations of the sales department across the globe by establishing goals
and monitoring the volume of sales
● Analyze and identify appropriate partners for each product in geographic market
● Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth
● Design sales contacts for all vertical markets
● Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profitability
● Maintain efficient relationship with all global customers
● Review progress reports, which will help determine sales potential, customer needs, and the
pricing of products or services
● Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales
● Increase sales by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales
● Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and share the feedback with the
product team
● Participate in technical reviews of product requirements, specifications, and designs, to
further advance product line
● Proactively recommend features and functions needed by customers to increase customer
satisfaction and improve profitability.
