Sr Level Business Development Sales Role

Objective
Acquire new programmatic and managed service business opportunities

Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive with a track record of
proven success to join our team. Someone who is a self-starter and understands the sales
process. You know how to sell innovation and disruption through customer vision
expansion and can drive deals forward to compress decision cycles.

Responsibilities
• lead the collaborative preparation and actual presentation of sales pitches to
potential clients.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and identifying new business
opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and
marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to
identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential
client relationships.
• Strategically grow a customer base through inbound booked presentation and a
little prospecting /cold calling.
• Ensure optimal campaign delivery, performance, and execution
• Interpret metrics for trends, successes and opportunities.

Experience
• 5+ years digital advertising or programmatic sales experience
• 7+ years in overall sales experience.
• Experience with inside sales in a professional B2B environment.
• Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving
performance at 100%+.
• Previous sales experience in online/advertising environment with average
ticket item 4k+
• Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and lead
generation to closing deals and account management.
Skills and Knowledge
• Proficient in data analysis, interpretations, and forecasting with an advanced
understanding of sales process, buyer behavior, consultative selling.
• First-hand experience with CRM and Sales Platforms (i.e. Clickup, Google
Analytics, SEM Rush, etc.)
• Superior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to listen and take detailed notes.
• An inherent thirst to become a sales expert and leader.
