Sales Closure:
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Program.
Address queries and concerns, providing all necessary information.
Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to payment and contract
signing.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to close sales successfully.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, ideally in the education or
travel industry.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Analytical mindset to track sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, where the Sales Manager will earn a fixed commission of
10% on the total ticket sale amount for each successful sale. Commissions will be paid
on a monthly basis, with payments scheduled for the 10th day of the following month.
Additional Monthly Bonus:
In addition to the standard commission structure, Sales Managers who achieve the
monthly sales goal of 5 sales will receive an extra bonus. This bonus amounts to an
additional 5% of the total ticket sales made during that month.
Example Calculation:
Each sales ticket for the EDU Consultancy / Advertisement is priced at $400, for one month
basic.
The standard commission rate is 10%.
The monthly sales goal is to achieve 5 sales.
