Your cousin, Harry, told me that he used to have trouble sleeping at his hostel back when he was in
college. Is it the same for you? (Yes, because……)

In your last letter, you mentioned that you would be coming home in three weeks' time. Would you

Dear Mum,

I am doing well. I hope you are too! Life here is very peaceful and congenial to studies here!
Everyone is very friendly, but I feel a little homesick.

I have been participating in International Conference organized by my Institution. I joined the

conference with several foreigner in this world and the enriching experience for me, I was selected
as the lead anchor for the entire duration of conference. As a result, I made lots of new friends! I
had the opportunity to interact with several senior professors of management all over abroad.

I have same problem on what Harry experienced is I have trouble sleeping at my hostel. I think it is
because my final exam is around the corner so I had to burn the midnight oil to do revision. I also
need to complete all my uncomplete assignment before the deadline. However, I am quite well to
survive this lack of sleep. No need to worry about me, mum!

I can't wait to go back home and look at my plants! I would be coming home in three weeks' time.
Mum, I would like you to pick me up. Please convey my warm regards to all family members. I
have to pen off now. See you soon, Mum!
