C. Writing Activity.
1. Write a story with this title: (120-150 words)

‘That was the best day of my life’

That was the best day of my life

Since I was 6 years old I always wanted to go to USA, it is my favourite country, I love the
landscapes and the beautiful cities that it has. Year after year I begged my parents to go to the united
states but they never wanted, because we didn’t had money.

But one day, all changed. I was sleeping very calm, it was 11 a.m. My mum called me because we
was going to “have the breakfast” I brushed my teeth’s and I dressed up, when I went to the living
room to have breakfast my mum told me that we had to go to the doctor, she was obviously lying, we
got into the car, 30 minutes passed and we arrived the airport. I was very surprised! My parents said
me that we will buy the tickets for flying to the United States! That was the best day of my life.
