Objective – To deliver and maintain design and printing solutions that are affordable
and convenient to the average person, but still achieving the same good quality
products and services.
Swot Analysis
Weaknesses - Scanty resources and assets such as the furniture, computers, printing
machines (heating press, vinyl cutter and) and vehicles to use for errands. Establishment of
the brand in the market is pivotal but grim considering that they are already big names in
the market.
Opportunities – Ability to adapt to ever-changing trends is one of the factors that is going
to be influential in the growth of the organization. Employees are equipped with knowledge
of information technology and design aspects. Technological advances will be one of our
opportunities. All the stuff is young and energetic.
