QUESTIONS:
1. Does the tax is adequate to finance the programs of the government?
 As a result of my assessment of the tax collected each year, I believe it is
sufficient to fund government programs since it is utilized for the improvement of
the economy and everyone who live in it, and the tax collected each and every
year aids in the development and maintenance of the economy.
 Yes, taxation is a critical means for our countries to create public cash, which
allows for investment in any service that benefits all citizens.

2. What are your assessments regarding the GNP?


 The GNP is significantly larger than the tax revenue earned by the government,
and the GNP in 2020 will be lower than the previous year owing to the pandemic,
as many people will have lost their employment in the interim, and goods
purchases will be decreased.
 The GNP was boosted and is now expanding in 2021, however the restoration
stays unstable exposed to the risk confronted with new virus outbreaks.

3. What is the rate of the inflation?

1. State your analysis if the inflation increases.


a. Probably, the price of goods and services can increase.
b. It has been necessary to decrease lending costs by decreasing
unemployment.

2. State your analysis if the inflation decreases.


a. Overall, the demand for products and services will reduce, which will limit
growth in the economy and productivity expansion.
b. Such insufficient demand may potentially trigger a collapse, resulting in
increased unemployed.
