Mr. E, a 27 years old male who was working at expedition company PT EKSBA, came to the PLKK
(Work Accident Service Center) Primary Clinic near the company with complaints of lower back
pain.

The patient complained that he had felt low back pain continously since one week ago. This low
back pain complaint has been experienced intermittently for the last 6 months. This back pain is
felt immediately after finishing work and is more painful when carrying out work activities of
lifting and lowering objects. Low back pain does not radiate to the thighs or lower legs.

There is no history of similar previous illness, no history of back injury or injury to other body
parts. He denied weight loss and no history of prolonged cough accompanied by night sweats.
There is also no history of the same illness in his family.
