Gerald and Julia have been trying to have a baby for over a year but unsuccessful.

They just found out that

Julia's ova are viable but she is not ovulating on a regular basis. If you were the nurse at the fertility clinic and
they asked you for advice, what fertility method would you suggest and why?

The fertility method that I will suggest to Gerald and Julia is the in vitro fertilization in which Julia's Eggs
are taken from her ovaries and will be fertilized by sperm in a lab, where they develop into embryos.
This method is helpful to them since Julia is not ovulating on a regular basis and fortunately there's a
big chance that this method will be successful since Julia's ova are viable. And also base on what we
studied in this subject there are big possibilities to have a successful outcome in using this fertilization
method. Although this method will spend much money but it is okay because a baby is a source of joy
for the majority of couples.
To what extent can a woman’s clothing (revealing or not) increase her risk for rape and sexual assault?

In my own opinion and understanding, I don't believe that the woman can be raped and be a victim of
sexual assault due to the way they present themselves or through the way they clothed themselves.
The extent is 0/100 in which I presume. Rape is rape, we are discussing about how a boy behaves
himself not how the girl tries to present herself. The society should be more open and vocal about
women wearing the clothes they want to wear; may it be revealing or not. Boys should be the one who'll
be responsible and accountable about their actions. The only individual who has anything to do with
rape, one who doubts and thinks that a woman’s clothing causes harassment is the person doing so. I
believe that whoever that person is should be looked upon for he/she has flaws in his or her reasoning.
Imagine, a baby in one’s diaper, a kid in pajamas, and a teenager in school uniform; regardless of
what’s worn, they were raped. Moreover, in my opinion, there will never be an extent of clothing that
could increase one’s risk of rape, it is the molester’s responsibility alone, and not of the molested.

Rape and other forms of sexual assault and violence are heinous crimes. In your opinion, should a rape
victim/survivor, (after medical examination as part of rape treatment protocol) qualifies for a legal abortion?
Please justify.

As for me, it depends on the victim/survivor but in some cases, yes. It should be legal if they took
abortion if proven that they are pregnant after what happened. Victims/survivors often has trauma about
what the person did to them, so in any cases they find it disgusting for themselves to have a baby with
their assaulter. It is also a prerequisite to perform abortion if the women don't have the means to raise
the kid all by herself. Moreover, it is also considered as ethical because it has something to do about
the health of the victim. This may go against my principles but then, I believe so. It was never planned
and wanted in the first place. More so, the victim’s choice, feeling, and emotion, I suppose should not
be invalidated, but instead be respected. Whatever the choice will be, it all boils down to the victim, if
whether or not she chooses to keep the baby, or the other way around.
