2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the applications preferred
by him under Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 [in
short „2019 Scheme‟] have been rejected summarily.
2.1 According to the petitioner, he had moved the concerned authority
twice by way of applications dated 30.12.2019 and 15.01.2020.
2.2. The petitioner is, thus, aggrieved by the fact that no reasons have been
given for rejection of these applications.
3. Issue notice to the respondents via all permissible modes including
e-mail.
