INTRODUCTION

The era of 21st century is often regarded as an era of technology.

Technology, today, plays a very important role in our life. It is seen as a basis of
growth of an economy. An economy which is poor in technology can never grow in
today’s scenario This is because technology makes our work much easier and less
time consuming. The impact of technology can be felt in every possible field one such
field is Education. The millennial nowadays often used the most of their time using
their gadgets, thus this will lead us to our study. Do the millennial undergo to
behavioral changes? The researchers want to find out if spending too much time in
using phones will eventually lead to behavior change. If that’s the case the researchers
want to know if spending too much time on gadgets will affect the Millennial brain.

The other question that the researchers want to know if “Does the
technology leads us to much better improvement or to destruction”. Changes in
someone’s ability, Millennial spending habits draw a lot of attention in technology.
Their decisions appear to be driven by a host of biases created by both technological
and social change. Some of these changes are common to every generation, and some
are unique to millennial. Being more in tune with technology can create a natural
likeness for millennial and other young people to seek virtual sources for social proof.
Also, it is much easier to check reviews such as most popular or most highly rated.
These help millennial cut through the mass options that present themselves for just
about any decision. Technology has revolutionized the field of education.

The importance of technology in schools cannot be ignored. In fact, with

the onset of computers in education, it has become easier for teachers to impart
knowledge and for students to acquire it. The use of technology has made the process
of teaching and learning all the more enjoyable. Technology has lessen the work,
made information freely available, change how we communicate and fundamentally
changed people’s behavior. Initially it was Millennial who demonstrated this ‘new’
behavior as they grew up as digital natives and did not know any other way of
behaving, but now this mindset change is growing among older generations as
technology spread more people’s lives in and outside of work, making it a behavior
change being experienced by the millennial as a whole rather than just one specific
group. This technology, however can be sometimes be very detrimental to someone is
still expected to help keep motivation levels high, as motivation is seen to be the key
element to success in life. Millennials expect also to be led originally and to be treated
as valued human beings. Being grateful for the rise of technology is a must because it
certainly changed the way we live which made it more better for us.

BODY

Technologies are the very useful tools in the classrooms but when
they use it excessively that is not good. Using technology, they going to think hardly
on how to use it correctly even it provides different opportunities to make learning
more fun and enjoyable in terms of teaching. Students have to be made aware of what
are the effect of using technology excessively and to know how to solve this problem.
Teachers should do some advice do discipline their students by monitoring and
limiting the time of their using technology inside the classroom. We propose that
campaigning this social media and advertisement will be very helpful. And also, we
will propose survey or interview to students to highlight the negative effect of using
technology excessively so they could take actions. They know on how to use
technology in the right way such as they going to use technology in the important
time like they going to make a Power Point or searching important information about
their lessons. Maybe do other activities avoid them to using technology excessively
like encourage them to read paper books and write lectures of their lessons to will not
focusing in only one task such as using technology.

Does technology affect the capacity to pay attention? I spend more

time in using gadget than to socialize in person. Student should not engage a lot of
time in using gadgets and technology, we must learn how to manage our time when it
comes in technology because it can waste our time. Especially when we are addicted
in using it. We need to be a responsible enough for that instead of using your time in
technology try to spend your time in an important thing that we need to do. I learn a
lot in technology than in outside. The student should refrain themselves from copying
and adopting everything they learned from internet. We don’t need to copy anything
that we see on internet or in social media, try to discover something that is surround
you. Don’t focus on technology to learn more do some act to learn in outside. Is
technology can affect our behavior? Can technology make the student lazy? I have a
lot of friends in social media than in reality. Use internet and gadgets wisely. In
everything we do use gadget as your pastime. We should used it but it has a
limitation, technology can affect in our behavior when we get addicted in using it, it
may made us lazy if our attention is in that gadget.

REVIEW OF LITERATED LITERATURE

According to public source.org “The Millennial, in general, are more

educated and connected. But, many of the generation’s young minds are still
developing. Scientists at the National Institute of Mental Health say the human brain
continues to mature until age 25.”

According to “the workplace “ has become a psychological battlefield

and the millennial have the upper hand, because they are tech savvy, with every
gadget imaginable almost becoming an extension of their bodies. They multitask, talk,
walk, listen and type, and text. And their priorities are simple: they come first.”
Knowing that millennials communicate in different ways (using the Internet and
online social media and networks), have different opinion leaders (popular bloggers,
or people like them, not necessarily rich and famous people), and tend to read less text
while focusing more on images, photos and videos, in the age of YouTube how
should we teach them in the classroom? Romanticizing means to “make something
seem better or more appealing than it really is”.

According to the latest insights as to how exactly modern students of

today prefer to use technology and how does their learning get an impact if they use
technology, it was revealed that the use of modern equipment technology and tools,
the learning and interactivity of students increases. They also find it much more
interactive, as well as full of interesting areas, when aided by technology. The transfer
of knowledge becomes very easy and convenient, as well as effective. What this
means is, that our minds now tend to work faster when assisted with the use of
modern technology, be it any part of life, here we talk about education.

The reliance and dependence of such an innovation, that simply

makes life an easy, smooth journey is completely unavoidable these days even in
schools, universities and colleges. Proposed Solution Does technology affect the

SUGGESTED ACTIONS TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM OR ISSUE

We suggest that, in the future, a greater number of students be surveyed.

We are actually already working on a larger sample and will have the results gathered
and analyzed soon. A bigger sample will also make possible certain statistical
analyses, such as correlational analysis. Technology has a positive impact on
education and at the same time may also pose negative effects. Teachers and students
should take advantage of this in the good light and eliminate the drawbacks which are
pulling back many of students as well as schools from achieving excellence. It is thus
time for every country to introduce a more technologically equipped education sector
in the future. The last five years computers have been introduced to most educational
institutes although its ratio to a student is very high.

taking initiatives to implement them, some forms of reforms may take place over the

CONCLUSION

The students should know how to manage their time of study and
internet. Many students use technology in their classroom to make activities easier
because they could easily search on internet and pass their activities without any
hassles. Sometimes they search easily in google about any information they need in
their lesson rather than to spend their time to going in the library to find books.

They didn’t know already that the other information they get there
from Google are unreliable all the time, many websites come up with wrong
information that has been copied and pasted from other sources without checking it
authenticity.
The learners are misguided by the wrong information available on the
websites. These things can perhaps become serious obstacles in their development.
Everyone knew that using technology excessively are not good all the time. This has a
mental effect on our health, social life and family bond. Some of students became
addicted to using technology that's why if they have an activity or homework, they
will expect an answer from the internet so some students tend to plagiarize and cheat.
The more they use of entertainment technologies like games or social media, the less
they perform academically. Instead of reading and doing homework more students get
distracted by games, messages, and watching videos online. That's why all students
have a hard time focusing on the lessons and resisting impulse behavior.
