NUR ARIENA SOFEA, 281920

First and foremost, I would like to thank our precious lecturer who guided
and taught us all this semester for Public Speaking III, Madam Noor Aida. She
opened up my mind all this semester on the aspect of being a public speaker and
how to become a better one. I can say that I had a firm view of how to be a good
and efficient public speaker thanks to all the knowledge our lecturer had shared
and taught to the whole class. Every task given by her is all well managed and on
schedule. She made sure all of her students understood the task first and then told
us to do it. For our group assignment, they are all well planned and developed. I am
very thankful to say that I was blessed with four group members that are supportive
and cooperative with all our work. Our group has this plan and structure where a
new group assignment is assigned to us, we make sure to discuss and give part to
each other to do it. We also had a discussion to better understand the assignment
if any of our group members are in trouble or do not understand. We make sure
that all of our group members move ahead together. We took all the steps forward
in finishing our group assignment together. As I always said and told them that
communication is the key, we keep in touch all together to make sure all of us
understand and better in doing our task. Each of my precious group members have
their own uniqueness that I find interesting and I managed to cope with it well.

Adhlin, she is like my co-captain, leader and my idol. I can say that she is
always the one to step forward to answer and give ideas and suggestions first when
we come to a discussion. I really appreciate her effort in making sure all members
are on track and aware of the assignment given, no matter individual or group. She

is also the one who always reminds me if there is anything I need to update on the
website. In terms of communication, she always comes and talks and asks me all
sorts of things. Which one of her quirks that I adore, since I take communication
seriously, I connect well with her. In terms of assignments, she is always the first to
submit her work and parts. Sometimes for her hard work she shows, Its motivates
me to do my assessment earlier. I'm very thankful for that. Overall, she is a fun and
hardworking lady that I had known in the class. Thank you for being my friend and
groupmates.

Vannessa, she is one interesting and brave girl in my point of view. She is my
mistake checker and informer. I love her sharp-eyed observation. She will always
come and tell me if there is something we can build or change to make it better. I
admired her bluntness in stating the truth, which is one of the things that makes
me appreciate her as a friend and group-mate. She is also a hard-working girl in
doing all assessments given. Also punctual in turning in her part and assignment.
She always shows extra effort in her work, which makes me like her effort and the
quality of work she produces. Overall she is one of the brave ladies that I had known
in class. Thank you for being my friend and groupmate.

Nasuha is a shy and sweet girl in my group. Even Though, her personality is
that of a shy girl, she also always communicates with me to make sure she gets her
work done right and on time. In terms of communication, she always voices out
agreeing with all suggestions given by the group member. She is an easy to
negotiate girl, as she is also hardworking. She makes sure to finish her task on time
and on track. Always make sure, I got her work and part before fully releasing it to

me for the final product. Overall, I think her sweet and understanding groupmate.
I’m thankful for her being my friend and groupmates.

Sharminey, she is the firm type of girl. If she does something, she makes sure
to finish it on time and makes sure to update her progress to me. She also
communicates well with me, in terms of asking about her part in the assignment
and about her work that needs to be displayed on the website. She also points out
if there is a mistake I made, which I’m very grateful for. I have fun dealing with her,
but I may come strict sometimes toward her but overall I just want to make sure
she gives her all for the work. Overall, she is a great and hardworking lady in my
group. I’m thankful for her being my friend and groupmate.

In conclusion, our group team works and the dynamic is just great and full of
passion. I really had no obstacles and had a hard time dealing with all of my
teammates. As all of them are great and hardworking. Communication always
happens in our group, which we rarely fight or have a disagreement in any part of
work. I really appreciate all their help and hard work. I hope for all of them to keep
up the goodwork and move forward to a better future.

SHARIFAH NURADHLIN, 277343

For reflection of this semester which is semester A211, I would like to say
that a big thank you to Madam Noor Aida which is our lecturer of Public Speaking
A211 Group D for teaching us from 1st semester until 3rd semester which next
semester is our last meeting during the Co-Curriculum session. Thank you so much
also to all my great group members. Always gives a positive vibe and they are very
supportive in every situation. Other than that, our progress and collaboration from
week 1 until week 7 in completing the task was very smooth, flexible and sturdy. In
addition, every group member also has their own personality that I wanted to
describe. So, let’s begin.

First of all, Ariena is a responsible, responsive, creative and an amazing

person. She always gives the best idea for a weebly website’s design because she
knows everything that is related to technology application. Other than that, she is
always trying to help us when it comes to problems with accessing the website. In
addition, when it comes to discussion groups, she is very responsive and active to
give an idea and try to solve the problem when some of us need help. She is also a
very responsible person because when it comes to weebly’s website, she always
reminds us to access the weebly without disturbing any features in the website
because she’s afraid that any features will be lost. She is such an amazing person
that i’ve ever met and grateful to know her as my group members in Public
Speaking.

Secondly, Vanessa is an open-minded and pleasant person. She has her own
personality which makes her a pleasant person. For example, she always gives us
the best when it comes to discussing group tasks and she did not take it as a burden
such as inviting us to discuss a group task using google meet medium to be clear on
it. Other than that, she is also an open-minded person who always gives a useful
and the best idea for our group project. In addition, when it comes to the problem
with uploading the video, she also gives the way to solve it. For example, last week,
she had a problem while uploading the video to google drive for our group project,
so she decided to give and share a useful idea to upload it through telegram and it
is very useful for us. She is such a helpful person that I've known and grateful to
know her as my group members in Public Speaking.

Thirdly, Sharminey is a quiet person but when it comes to giving ideas, she is
very responsive and active. She always gives the best idea when we are having our
discussion and how to complete the task. Other than that, even though she is a
quiet person, she always listens and agrees with other’s opinions during the
discussion. This is because it is shown that she understands what we’re talking
about. When it comes to problems that we face, she also helps us to solve the
problem. She puts effort into helping us. It is such an amazing behavior that I’ve
learned from her. Very grateful to know her as my group members in Public
Speaking.

Last but not least, Nasuha is a shy and courteous person. She is very polite
when she starts talking to us. Even though she is a shy person, when it comes to
giving an idea and completing the task together, she always gives the best idea for

group projects or helping each other. Other than that, she also has her own
personality that I’ve learned. For example, even though she is a shy person, she
always tries to talk with us and give an opinion and it is shown that she is also brave
and responsive in our group. She is such a wonderful person that I’ve met and
grateful to know her as a group member in Public Speaking.

Finally, overall of this reflection I just want to say that I’ve learned a lot in
this semester. In this semester, I’ve learned and gotten to know about new
knowledge that Madam Noor Aida gives to us and she always guides us in every
task that she gives us. Based on that, I can develop a lot of new techniques and
skills about interpersonal communication skills, working in a group project, doing
individual speech and others. I also gained new information on how to deal with
conflict when we’re faced with a problem. In addition, each of my members have
great interpersonal communication skills and they also give me inspiration on how
to complete my individual task. So, we as a group member have responsibility
between each other and it can help us on how to develop discussion skills and
group progress. I would like to say thanks to Madam Noor Aida and my group
members because without them I can’t understand and achieve all of the tasks in
this course. Every knowledge that I've learned will be useful in the future.

VANNESSA LIEW, 277760

From what i had went through in this course during this semester, I want to
thank you madam Noor Aida from the bottom of my heart for being a very
supportive and responsible teacher. Moreover, a big thank you to my group
members for always being by my side when i need and give a very good cooperation
for our assignments. Every group members are being very good in play their own
role in order to make our task and learning progression work smoothly. So let me
describe to you how they make it.

Firstly, Ariena is a very responsible, creative and kind person especially when
doing a task that require technology knowledge. For example, she always
volunteering herself to help us design our group “Weebly” and editing our group
videos. She also very active during our group discussion by always giving ideas.
Moreover, she always list down every task that need to do in our Whatsapp group
to remind us every time after class

Secondly, Adhlin is a very responsive person that always help us to convey

everythings that we are confuse with and very active in our group discussion. She
like to share her own opinion to us and give us very useful ideas. Moreover, she is
very good in building relationship among group members. For example, when one
of us are sick she will give some words of encouragement and volunteer to list down
the class lesson for us during the day if we can’t attain the class.

Thirdly, Nasuha is a shy person but once she open her month, every ideas
that come out is very useful and unstoppable. She is also a very polite person and

always give support and agree to our ideas. Moreover she always make the
situation controllable when conflict arise between our group members.

Fourthly, Sharminey is a very active and curious person, that always

challenges us to seek for a better idea and seeking for our idea evaluation. She is
intelligent person that always check our group task to make sure there it is perfect
and nothing errors
So I hope for the next semester we can still work together and having a
physical class.

SHARMINEY, 277782

The journey of being a member of the Public Speaking class is very

interesting. For every task that is given, our lecturer madam Noor Aida has been
guiding us very well. I want to thank madam for teaching and guiding me this
semester. As the group B’s member it was very exciting to work with my group
members. All the people in that group are friendly. We all have to work together to
complete all the group tasks that have been given in this class. We also always have
discussions together to complete the tasks. From the individual view of myself I
have observed some qualities in them.

Firstly, I would like to explain about Ariena. She is a very responsible and
friendly person in our group. In every group discussion she will always give the ideas
from her part. She also helped us to edit the Weebly page for the group. She will
always be there to guide us. She is able to give the ideas to solve the group conflict.
She has helped us during the group presentation. She will create the zoom meeting
and record the presentation. She will listen to the group members' ideas for the
group tasks.

Secondly, I would like to explain about Adhlin. She is a friendly type of

person. In every group discussion she will always give her ideas in doing the group
assignments and presentations. She will always join us and be on time when doing
the group discussions. She also helps us by giving the ideas to complete the group
assignment. She is also able to solve the group conflict if it happens in our group.
She will understand the task correctly and give the idea based on the tasks.

Thirdly, Nasuha is also a friendly person. She always completes the group
tasks of her part on time. She will always join us in the group meetings. She also
will agree to the ideas that we discussed in the group. She also will give some ideas
to complete the group's tasks. She also will listen to the ideas given by other
members on the group tasks. She will understand the group tasks.

Next, I would like to explain about Vannessa. She is also a friendly type of
person. She will always join group discussions on time. She always will give her
ideas about the group assignments and the presentations. She also will give her
ideas in completing the group tasks. She will listen and agree to the ideas from the
group discussion.

In conclusion, as a member of this group, we will always support each other

in doing the group tasks and also will guide each other if we have problems in doing
the group assignment. Although we have faced some conflicts in the group while
doing group assignments, we have managed to complete the assignments. It's
great to work together with them. That’s all from me. Thank you.

NUR NASUHA, 279712

The reflection is in Public Speaking for semester 3 session A211, the main
thing is that I want to thank Madam Noor Aida for all her guidance and support as
well as for being a great educator to all of us. In terms of group, we are from group
B, it can be seen through week 1 to week 7 we have positive and very great group
dynamics. We are a group consisting of five people who trust one another and have
demonstrated the importance of mutual understanding in each task. Furthermore,
we have worked well and productively together beginning in semester 1 and
continuing until semester 3 where we work together in giving collective ideas to
achieve the goal of completing each task. In addition, we have overcome every
challenge and effectively handled conflict through problem solving methods, and
even when carrying out group work and discussions, we apply the value of support
and thank each group member for their contribution. As a result, where there is a
combination of mutual cooperation, each task completed runs smoothly.
Therefore, each member of the group has played an effective role, and each
member also has an interesting personality, attitude, and creative values. So let’s
see how I describe their characters.
This character refers to Ariena. She is a very accountable person in
monitoring and leading our group where she will ensure that each member of the
group performs each given task well within the prescribed period. Furthermore,
she is a very creative person who has contributed many ideas to the design of the
Weebly website in order to make it more interesting. I can say that the results are
very great because she is skilled in using applications that involve technology.
Furthermore, Ariena is a very considerate person, as she frequently offers

assistance to any group members who have difficulty accessing the website Weebly
or completing tasks. So I can say that she has a very impressive personality, and I
consider myself very fortunate to be able to work with her.
Next is Adhlin, she is a very friendly person in every conversation of our
group and it can be said that she is also a persistence person where every task
instruction given in each class she will put a memo in the whatsapp group that
should be given attention by every group member. This is because there are group
members who have internet connection problems and cannot hear instructions
clearly. In addition, Adhlin is also a very responsive and helpful person because if
there are any questions from group members about individual or group
assignments she will give a quick response and if there are questions about
assignment discussions, she will ask in class for sure. So I can say that she has a
very amazing character and I feel very lucky to be able to group with her.
Vanessa is a very resourceful member in my group; she has contributed a lot
of thoughtful and creative ideas in every discussion and is even able to make the
best solution when group members have problems completing assignments. For
example, she has suggested that any group member who is unable to send a video
or task file into the Google document can use the Telegram application, where the
video transmission must be selected from the document file to ensure that the
quality is not compromised. Furthermore, she is a very open-minded person, as she
frequently offers to group members to conduct discussions via the Google Meet
application, thereby facilitating the discussion process. So I can say that she has a
wonderful personality, and I consider myself very fortunate to be able to work with
her.

The last person is Sharminey, she is a very diligent person who is always
looking for the best ideas in completing each group assignment to make it look
more interesting. I can say that, despite being a quiet person, she has a very brave
attitude when it comes to giving his opinion on a task, and she will even ask us if
we have any questions about the task. She is also very active and agreeable in every
discussion, and she responds to every suggestion made by group members. As a
result, her humble attitude made us glad to work with her. So I can say that she has
a fantastic personality, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to work
with her.
Through this reflection, I have come to the conclusion that there is a wealth
of new information that I have learned this semester that will allow me to improve
my performance in composing speeches and giving public speeches. Of course, my
team members have been extremely helpful in understanding the learning process
and navigating all of the conflicts. As a result, I'd like to express my heartfelt
gratitude to Madam Noor Aida and every member of my group; your assistance is
greatly appreciated. Hopefully we can meet again next semester and do even
better in Public Speaking!
