Questions Based on my essay

1. Make a list of the things you will look for in your essay when you proofread.

As I look through my essay, my reading disability kind of makes it hard for me to see if

what I am writing makes sense for the readers of the essay. What I need to look for in my essay

would have to be if I misspelled words, have incorrect grammar and vocabulary words, and

among other things. Also, I would go back to check for plagiarism reports just in case. As well as

make sure the sources are peer reviewed one more time before turning in the paper.

2. What day and at what time will you set aside to proofread your essay?

I would normally look through it during the 3 days that leads up to the essay drafts or

final paper is due. So that I have time to proofread it and it will be done when I am done with all

my classes for the day(s).

3. Who will you ask to read your essay before you submit it? What day and time have you

set this reading for?

For my final draft I will ask my friend who is good at English to proofread my essay

since he is very blunt and tells me what it is missing or needs fixing for the essay. Normally this

is done a day before the essay is due in the afternoon when I am done with all of my classes for

the day.
